Join us for a special 3-day Free Health Check event, dedicated to promoting overall wellness and community care. Our team of healthcare professionals will be providing essential health services, including blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar checks, pain assessments, weight management guidance, stress management techniques, and more.
At Life Care Trust in conjuction with Church Of Christ Ikot Mbonde Itam , we believe in holistic well-being. This Free Health Check event is our way of ensuring that everyone has access to essential health services and resources to live a healthier, happier life.

Free Medical Services to be Rendered
Medical investigations shall be conducted using the following:
- Fasting and Random Blood Sugar (F/RBS)
- Basic Vital Signs including Blood Pressure (BP)
- Retro Viral Screening (RVS)
- Body Mass Index (BMI) and weight management instruments, etc.
Workshop/Health Talk:
- Health and stress Management among Christians
- Health Tips on Hypertension and Diabetes
Dispensing of medication and general administration
Concerns, Counseling, and Consultations, etc.
